Lets make their 1st visit fun!
Bring your children in before they have any dental concerns! If you wait until they have a problem or pain they will most likely associate the dentist as a scary and very daunting place, they will also be more likely to associate the dentist with pain.
It doesn’t need to be like this! Bring them in while they are still young, as young as when they have their 1st tooth.
What can your child expect? They will have a ride in the chair, we will count their teeth and they will learn how to brush properly all the while getting an association with coming to the dentist. We strive to make it a fun experience. The dentist will also speak to Mum and Dad about their childs oral health and their impact on this, especially through diet and oral hygiene practices.
It is not uncommon for young children to have lots of dental problems and need to be treated under a general anaesthetic. Why not try and prevent this!
Kids can play in the lounge area, watch movies, colour in or draw while you are having your dental treatment.
